Chitrakshi keeping us busy....

Chitrakshi turned 9 months few days back and already started running...yet holding something, most of the time it's sofa or couch. Now, she started crying for people who are standing and who tends to go out. She feels strongly now that the outer world is beautiful :-)

It's a joy to see her crawling then finding some support to stand and then she pulls her up, run along the furniture till the furniture length..recently, she started jumping from one sofa to another one keeping the balance and it was sheer joy to watch her doing that. She herself understands balancing acts well without being told (Is there any well to help her understand, anyway).

I went through an article on parents.com [http://www.parents.com/baby/development/walking/help-baby-learn-to-walk/#page=4]

As Baby becomes stronger and more curious, she will start pulling herself up
with the support of furniture, or mom and dad. This is when you can start
working on balance and getting her familiar with the standing position.

                            Age: 8 months

What you can do: Help Baby pull herself up then show her how to bend
her knees to get back down to the floor. This will help ease her falls when
she starts taking steps on her own.

We went through this but don't remember If I tried much to achieve something as mentioned. Babies find their way out, some times earlier or later.

"God's creation works perfectly fine"  !!

That's all what is OUR conclusion. At the same time, this phase keeps us worrying as our kids movement is so fast sometimes in excitement. Some times she is happy to notice you coming from somewhere and crawl or walk faster. She fails to balance well and fell sometime on the bum or sometimes her head also hit the floor. We are trying to be more cautious and that's what need to be done.

I see her laughing loudly when kids are playing around. She started laughing when Sharvi, My niece started jumping around her first. She also started roaring now a days and sometimes, it hurts her throat. The kid's development are amazing.   God bless her....
